Inspire Technology, a Multan-based software and AI solutions company serving Australian SMEs, is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Manager to expand the company's footprint in Pakistan and support cross-border client engagements. You will combine technical understanding of software and AI products with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales pipelines that convert into long-term client partnerships. Collaborate closely with engineering, product and delivery teams to shape proposals and ensure solution fit for clients. Own the full sales cycle for software and AI services: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closure. Develop and execute territory and account plans for Multan and the broader Pakistan market; target SMEs and mid-market companies in Australia-facing verticals.
