As an IT Business Analyst you will be the trusted partner to the business and the single point of accountability for guiding an IT request from its first conversation through to a successfully delivered solution. You will own the full journey: assess business needs, identify and quantify desired outcomes, elicit and document requirements, collaborate with delivery teams, and evaluate results.
