Qualifications / Experience

• 5+ years work experience in full systems
• Ability to effectively influence and lead multiple levels of an organization through functional boundaries
• Must have solid working knowledge of Insurance product configuration and product rollout experience including Par, Non Par, ILAS products
• Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g., nodejs, client-server, mongo databases, and web‑based/app architectures)
• Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
• Proven time management and organization skills: must prioritize workload and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Agile development approach
