As an IT Business Analyst Specialist, you will be a member of the global technical support team within Procurement IT organization for PPG's.
You will work with Procurement users globally, address and resolve user issues and implement quality improvement processes
**Main Responsibilities.
**
- Provide Support to ePro and related tools in procurement IT organization.
The support in ePro involves troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets and perform IT Audit.
- Understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes.
- Good technical knowledge and able to translate complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business.
- Assimilate assigned different department's products and process experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes.
