Job Scope
- Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and day‑to‑day system support
- Provide end‑user support, testing, and training
- Consult and work with relevant users and subject matter experts (internal and external) on ERP‑related requirements and provide solutions
Role and Responsibilities
- Collecting and documenting business requirements based on those provided by users
- Modelling business requirements and translating them to application and operational requirements
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for business and operation teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP‑related application issues, determine appropriate actions, discuss actions with stakeholders, implement, review, and test approved activities for desired outcomes
