You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and help deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency, security, and business growth
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions and analyse technical and operational environments.
- Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
- Create process maps, logical diagrams, and operational documentation.
- Assess systems, applications, and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Define acceptance criteria and support solution delivery.
- Perform feasibility and impact assessments for change initiatives.
