- Drive the migration from overlapping platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox) into one unified, modern workplace ecosystem to support hybrid work and international expansion.
- Analyze, redefine, and execute scalable IT processes to elevate internal service levels without increasing headcount.
