Summary of the role

Amadeus' Group Internal Audit helps the organization improve its operations and accomplish its objectives by providing independent, objective assurance (3rd Line of Defense) and consulting services. The audit manager will assess and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes across the Amadeus IT Group worldwide. The position is based in Madrid and may require occasional travel to other Amadeus locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute audit reviews for operational processes, system implementations, applications, IT infrastructures, and other IT‑related risk areas.
• Review IT General Controls, system stability, information security, software development life cycle, IT operations, business continuity, security, data privacy, PCI‑DSS, ISO standards, and other relevant areas.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders while performing reviews.
