Description
The IT Associate – Support and Administration will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Peach Cars' IT systems and services. This position is responsible for providing technical support, administering IT systems, and ensuring that all IT services are available, secure, and meet the needs of the business. The role involves managing user access, troubleshooting issues, providing ongoing training, and assisting with system administration and configuration.
The IT Associate will also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring that all IT resources are functioning optimally and supporting the organization's overall goals.
