About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service‑oriented IT Associate I to join our End User Computing team. This is an entry‑level, on‑site role focused on providing hands‑on technical support, device provisioning, and day‑to‑day IT operations for internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist users with daily tasks and common issues in Google Workspace (sharing permissions, Drive organization, and Gmail settings).
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation and deactivation.
- Help users transition from Microsoft environments to Google Workspace tools.
- Manage and resolve tickets within defined SLAs using the ITSM system.
- Maintain asset inventory and equipment tracking.
