Key Responsibilities Catering System
  • Management of daily catering system operations
  • Liaise with the Vendor & Follow up on next Module.
  • Ensure all orders, quotations, and records are accurate
  • Monitor workflow and flag issues early proper tracking and documentation (B&W)
Sales Execution
  • Handle customer enquiries (WhatsApp / Email /Calls)
  • Prepare and send quotations
  • Follow up and close sales
  • Ensure all enquiries are properly tracked
  • Maintain fast response time
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales / Admin / Operations preferred; No experience are welcomed to apply
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Fast, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a structured SOP & KPI environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher holders preferred
