IT Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

• Responsible to monitor, assess, fix and upgrade system and application issues so that systems function uninterruptedly.
• Provide comprehensive technical support to all company employees, addressing software and hardware-related inquiries and issues
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to mitigate potential errors or failures
• Investigate and troubleshoot hardware problems, including computers, printers, and all network-connected digital systems.
• Participate in the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects within the company.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in system support or similar roles is an advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
