Asset Management Specialist

As an Asset Management Specialist, you will manage the IT asset management portfolio covering hardware, software, and cloud/SaaS assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing IT asset management portfolio, which encompasses hardware, software, and cloud/SaaS assets.
• Curate accurate and complete asset inventories, ensuring licensing compliance.
• Enhance and implement processes for usage, reclaim licenses, and rationalize products.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and self‑service, and lead activities to realize them.
• Maintain metrics and reports to measure performance from reporting assets and deliver necessary information to Technology management.
• Remediate assets missing from the Compliance inventory.
