Role Summary & Role Description
Support definition, execution, and maintenance of IT Asset Management processes across the asset lifecycle Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and handbooks supporting ITAM operations Coordinate with technology, asset owners, and process stakeholders to ensure consistent process adoption Perform process reviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses Track process issues, findings, and remediation actions through to closure Support implementation and ongoing execution of ITAM policies, standards, and operating procedures Support audit, risk, and regulatory activities by documenting processes, controls, and evidence Identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes Work with the Platform Team to ensure understanding of the business ...
