- Handle business system issues in a timely manner and ensure the achievement of SLAs
- Deep understand the workflow and business needs within the company departments and identify key needs and critical points
- Evaluate to ensure business solutions meet key business objectives and needs
- Deliver and continuously optimize workflows based on business systems
- Work closely with the team and conduct UAT test on deliverables
- User training and establishment of relevant document
