Our Client, a Higher Education Technology company, is looking for an IT Asset Management Contractor II for their Malvern, PA location. Responsibilities:
+ Support Anthology asset intake and ongoing asset management activities
+ Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy
+ Perform software licensing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution
+ Analyse and manage asset data using Excel (e.g., tracking, reporting, reconciliation)
+ Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed
+ Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are properly documented and aligned with project needs
Requirements:
+ Prior experience in asset management (IT, software, or related asset tracking preferred)
