This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth asset lifecycle processes and data accuracy across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily PC lifecycle operations including asset disposition, refresh requests, and device tracking
• Manage and respond to tickets, intake queues, and shared inbox requests
• Track hardware inventory across office locations and external vendor partners
