About the Job

• Strategic Leadership: Lead overall business operations, including asset collection, data destruction, refurbishment, recycling, and disposal.
• Business Growth: Develop and execute commercial and marketing strategies to acquire new corporate clients, OEMs, and strategic partners.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure total compliance with stringent data security standards (e.g., TAPA, data protection laws) and environmental regulations for full audit readiness.
• Team & Operations Management: Direct and mentor a cross‑functional team across sales, operations, and technical divisions to optimise turnaround times and costs.
