Responsibilities
- Understand servers, networks, applications, and IT security systems
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses, and configurations)
- Track asset lifecycle including deployment, relocation, renewal, and end-of-life status
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of asset records and supporting documentation
- Work with internal teams to update asset master lists and ensure proper classification
- Track patch releases, vulnerabilities, and security advisories
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for patch assessment, testing, and deployment
- Maintain patch schedules and ensure timely updates in accordance with policies
- Monitor patch compliance and follow up on outstanding patching actions
- Work with team and managers on various documentations
- Understand IT processes and asset management
- Support IT project, vendor & team coordination
