IT Applications Associate Consultant - Corporate Legal Technology Solutions

Harbor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Associate Consultant with experience in implementing technology solutions to join our team. This role involves hands‑on software implementation, client onboarding, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs while continuously improving our support and implementation processes.

Work Location & Hours: This is a remote/hybrid position in Manila, Philippines. For the first 3-6 months, employees will align with USA business hours (9am‑5pm EST). Following these first several months, Harbor will adjust the schedule to better fit Manila hours based on long‑term Harbor and client needs. The long‑term schedule will be finalized after the first 9 months of employment. Also, there may also be a week of training early on, in person at the Manila office, during Manila business hours.
