Duties & Responsibilities
Provide L2 technical support for all internal and external systems, both remotely and on-site.
Monitor system health to ensure the platform stays stable and available for daily business tasks.
Troubleshoot and fix system errors and integration issues within agreed time limits (SLAs).
Manage data flow between platforms, including fixing issues with APIs and automated data transfers (ETL).
Oversee period-end closing, ensuring all data is checked and accurate for business reports.
Collaborate with developers, vendors and business users to solve complex technical problems that need extra attention.
Analyze data to create clear and helpful reports for the business team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
