About the role:
- Analyze incidents, perform root-cause assessments, and execute timely resolutions to reduce operational downtime
- Manage tickets through tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Aranda, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate new functionalities and participate in UAT cycles
Work model:
Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position located in Bogota, Colombia. You will be required to work at the Terminales Logísticos de Colombia site on the Bogotá-Tenjo route.
