Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
**Must Have Skills**:
- **Technology Adoption & Implementation**:Proven ability to successfully research, select, implement, and integrate new technologies into existing systems and workflows.
This includes assessing compatibility, managing risks, and providing training and support to users.
Experience with Advance Manufacturing, Machine Learning, Artificial intelligence is a plus.
- **Incident Management**:Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents affecting both IT and industrial devices, regardless of the source (users, internal teams, or external factors).
This includes restoring functionality and implementing preventative measures.
- **Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis**:Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems, implement process improvements, and prevent recurrence.
