Introduction
Reporting directly to the Director, Information Technology, the IT Administrator provides front-line technical assistance and support to users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues. This position will respond to enquiries, diagnose problems, and guide users through solutions. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
