IT Administrator Intern (CPT & JHB)

Job Description

We're looking for IT Administration Graduates to join our Operations team at Solid Systems. This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy structure, coordination, problem‑solving, and working with people, and who want to build a strong foundation in a modern IT service environment.

Role Purpose

The role involves working closely with our Technical Coordination Team, Customer Success Team, and Operations and Projects Teams to ensure workflows run smoothly between teams and customers.

Please note: This is not a hands‑on technical support role. It's an operations and coordination role that supports technical teams and customers.

What you will be doing

• Support the day‑to‑day running of IT service delivery
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation
• Assist with operational reports and service data
• Help ensure processes are followed, and information is up to date
