Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Responsible for the CCTV cabling, installation, configuration of DVR & NVR systems, and maintenance of the company’s CCTV systems. Monitor CCTVs in the branches making sure that retail staff is complying with the company policies and procedures.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing efficient end‑user feedback and error‑reporting systems.
