You manage our IT team and serve as the key interface to the IT organization of Rocket Lab, our US-based parent company. This role is for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment who can set strategic directions, coach a growing team, and roll up their sleeves when it counts.
What awaits you at Mynaric
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior and mid-level IT professionals,acting as a coach and role model who gives clear direction and fosters a culture of ownership
- Act as site IT lead across all disciplines, owning overall IT strategy and operations across our two Munich locations, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
- Serve as the primary IT liaison to our California-based parent company, Rocket Lab, with close collaboration across time zones
