About the Job As an IT Account Manager within the Allianz Global Network (AGN) Customer Excellence/Front-End Service Management team, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the AGN service lifecycle and serve as the key interface between Allianz Technology and the Allianz operating entities (OEs) across Europe. Your mission is to strengthen the perception of AGN services by delivering tangible results, managing customer relationships, and ensuring alignment between AGN strategy and customer needs. You will report to the AGN Customer Excellence/Front-End Service Management Chapter Lead based in Munich, Germany.
