**Job Duties**:
- Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), staying abreast of requirements.
- Leads internal QMS audits, ensuring our systems and products meet compliance. Prepares yearly QMS audit schedule. Schedules and leads quarterly management review meetings.
- Coordinates external QMS audits. Leads initiatives to ensure adequate preparation. Participates in external audits. Ensures effective and timely closure of audit findings.
- Implement and update quality management system documents as needed.
- Manages all controlled documents in our system. Distribute controlled documents.
- Manages corrective action/preventative action reports. Ensures timely closure for assigned actions.
- Assist with quality reporting to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Tracks data and trends related to ISO/quality objectives and targets.
