- This position is for Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS).
- Spearhead the technical administration and operational support as well as continuous improvement of enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Electronic Document Management System, and OutSystems.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, apply patches/upgrades, and ensure high availability.
- Ensure application security and performance through regular assessments and remediation using tools such as HP WebInspect, HP Fortify, Web Application Firewall and LoadRunner, in alignment with IT security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions through system implementation and enhancement initiatives.
- Manage vendor engagements and oversee the lifecycle of outsourced IT projects, including requirements definition, procurement support, solution evaluation, and implementation oversight.
