The IPO Governance Manager will develop and implement a robust governance framework aligned with IPO requirements and regulatory standards to ensure IPO readiness under the IPO Governance & Organizational Change Management Senior Manager.To that effect the manager will possess a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the function and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the function, including supporting governance to ensure due delivery of key battles while ensuring the company's governance practices meet the expectations of Senior Management.Strong business awareness is a necessity.The manager will support leading governance and provide due follow‐up covering several businesses/geographic regions, comprehending and working with complex functions spanning horizontally throughout other businesses and functions.The manager is accountable for the end results of an area, exercises control over resources, formulates policy, plans, proposes internal synergies and ...
