The Opportunity
Kasagi Labo owns anime IP, and in 2026 we're scaling how we license it globally. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own business development end-to-end — taking our IP to market, securing licensees, leading complex negotiations with anime industry and technology stakeholders, and opening new markets. You'll also build and lead the BD team that scales this function as the Company grows.
