Job Title: Technical Lead – iOS & Flutter Plugin Modernization
We are hiring a Technical Lead – iOS & Flutter Plugin Modernization for a long-term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Objective-C to Swift migration initiatives
- Drive architecture and technical design decisions
- Modernize Flutter iOS plugins
- Review code, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery
- Collaborate on open-source contributions and GitHub PRs
- Manage CI/CD, testing, and release readiness
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Swift 5.9+ and Objective-C
- Hands-on experience with Flutter iOS plugin development
- XCTest, Dependency Injection, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager
- CI/CD and GitHub workflows
- Experience leading large-scale migration projects
Preferred:
- Open-source contributions
- Swift Concurrency
- Google OSS or Flutter ecosystem experience
