Role Overview
The IOC Major Incident Manager will lead end-to-end Major Incident Management to ensure rapid service restoration, act as primary point of contact during major incidents, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact incidents, ensure complete and accurate documentation for post-incident reviews, and drive continuous improvement and enhance incident response processes.
