What You'll Do:

✅ Administer and support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM

✅ Manage application packaging, deployment, OS servicing, and endpoint configuration

✅ Drive patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives

✅ Participate in major incident war rooms and contribute to service reliability and MTTR reduction

✅ Develop PowerShell automation and operational runbooks

✅ Explore AI-driven solutions to improve endpoint operations and user experience
