Invoice Processing Analyst (Surety team)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

A Surety Assistant within our Surety Practice assists the client teams in meeting surety bonding needs. The Assistant helps to facilitate excellent client service by assisting with the daily management of various administrative and technical aspects of client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Use a paperless system to review invoices for discrepancies, offboarding bonds, and onboarding new bonds
• Maintain ongoing verbal communication with Client Teams and provide relevant updates
• Prepare and expedite invoices to Clients
