Job Function
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of client / customers in alignment with predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.
Key Performance Areas
- Support core processes and activities providing efficient and quality clerical services and accurate data input.
- Work collaboratively with relevant departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Manage and control client contractual pricing clauses.
- Accurately compile information and support documents to produce invoices in a timely manner.
- Create and release invoices into our Information system (SAP) following company procedures.
- Assist in preparing and managing all types of documentation as required.
- Continuously liaise with the telesales team on stock out or short expiries to ensure efficient customer service.
