Investments Analyst - Financial Modeling Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare NOI, IRR, and Yield analyses for investments
• Build and underwrite financial models for acquisitions
• Analyze due diligence materials and report gaps to management
• Support analytical studies for Senior Analysts
• Prepare Investment Proposals as directed by management
