Opportunity We're looking for an incredible Investment Representative to join our Contact Centre team. We are passionate enablers of financial freedom for all Canadians, providing a caring, informative, supportive, accurate and timely service. We lead by example in all interactions and constantly seek new ways to improve CSX that exceed industry standards. Customers and Financial Advisors call us with questions and requests for help and support for our products. Reporting to the Manager, Online Trading, the Investment Representative is responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from knowledgeable and passionate people who are hardworking and sincerely interested in helping customers.
