Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential investors including family offices, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, private investment firms, and strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, investment firms, and financial institutions.
- Support the Chairman and leadership team in fundraising initiatives across debt and equity capital sources.
- Prepare investor presentations, investment memorandums, fundraising materials, and executive investment proposals.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and strategic partnership discussions.
- Develop and manage investor pipelines and relationship databases.
- Support negotiations related to project financing, structured lending facilities, and investment partnerships.
- Track funding opportunities and capital market developments relevant to the real estate sector.
