This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-growing platform with strong deal flow across software, fintech, digital infrastructure, IT services, and broader technology verticals. The team advises corporates, founders, private equity investors, and strategic buyers on complex cross-border M&A transactions across Europe and Latin America.
