Infrastructure Private Equity – Analyst
We are seeking to add an Analyst to the Infrastructure Private Equity investment team.
Support the team across all stages of the investment process (screening, preliminary analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, closing, portfolio management, etc.) for investments carried out by the Infrastructure Private Equity fund.
Key Responsibilities
- Market screening and analysis: identifying trends, emerging sectors, and new investment opportunities.
- Development of detailed financial models across sectors such as energy transition, digital infrastructure, and urban/social infrastructure.
- Support in due diligence processes (commercial, technical, financial, and legal).
- Preparation of materials for Investment Committees.
- Monitoring performance and KPIs of portfolio companies, supporting financial and strategic oversight of active investments.
