About the role

Qualitas Energy, a leading investment platform, is looking for an Investment Associate to join our Iberian Investment team in Madrid. The Associate will actively contribute to the identification, analysis, execution and monitoring of investment opportunities in assets and platforms linked to the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis of new investment opportunities, including review of markets, business models, assets, regulatory risks, key contracts and expected returns.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, sensitivity cases and investment scenarios to support decision‑making by the senior team and investment committees.
• Support the execution of transactions, including the coordination of due diligence processes, preparation of internal materials, interaction with external advisors and follow‑up of financial, legal, technical and commercial documentation. <...
