Job Description

Your mission will be to support the development of financial models linked to proposals presented in both bidding and divestment processes, and to perform economic‑financial analysis of those projects and assets in the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of the evolution of economic, operational and financial variables of investments.
• Support in the development and updating of the financial model of Ferrovial Airports (P&L, Cash flow, Balance Sheet).
• Review of financial models and ensure compliance with Ferrovial’s procedures.
• Support in the valuation reporting of the group’s assets, both internal and for third parties when applicable.
• Preparation of specific “ad‑hoc” studies relevant to decision‑making by senior management.
