Job Description
Your mission will be to give support in the development of financial models linked to the proposal presented in both bidding and divestment processes, as well as to give support in the performance of economic‑financial analysis of those projects and assets in portfolio.
Tasks
- Analysis of the evolution of economic, operational and financial variables of investments.
- Support in the development and updating of the financial model of Ferrovial Airports (P&L, Cash flow, Balance Sheet).
- Review of financial models and ensure compliance with Ferrovial’s procedures.
- Support in the valuation reporting of the group’s different assets, both for internal and third parties when applicable.
- Preparation of specific “ad‑hoc” studies relevant to the decision‑making by the Senior management.
