Department: Antibody Discovery & Engineering

Your Mission:

• High-throughput screening of antibodies using SPR, ELISA, or flow cytometry.
• Perform DNA sequence analysis of selected antibodies (Sanger or NGS).
• Clone, express, and purify therapeutic antibodies.
• Characterize antibodies using SDS-PAGE, SEC, DSF, AC-SINS, polyreactivity, and flow cytometry.
• Develop and perform kinetic and epitope binning assays (ELISA, SPR, BLI).
• Streamline discovery processes with new technologies and methods.
• Support projects under tight timelines and collaborate across project teams.
• Communicate research progress and opportunities effectively to senior management.
• Promote a culture of scientific excellence and continuous learning.
