Inventory Supervisor (Tijuana)

Ensure inventory availability, accuracy, and control through standardized processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, aligned with business goals and customer satisfaction.

• Design and update inventory control procedures.
• Execute cycle counts and Wall-to-Wall counts as required.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies resulting from physical counts.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report key indicators: ILA (Inventory Location Accuracy) and IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy).
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
• Audit and verify master data within the WMS system.
• Foster a positive work environment aligned with the company’s values and culture.
