Inventory & Store Receiving Clerk

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra in Mallorca seeks support within the Purchasing Department to assist the Receiving Clerk and oversee storage-related business controls. You will help manage stock replenishment and transfer requests, ensuring orderly storage and timely reporting of incidents.

The role involves assisting in goods reception, inspecting delivered quantities, quality, and temps, and recording deliveries in the purchasing system, while ensuring PO compliance and pre-authorized exceptions.
