Inventory Specialist/WMS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data‑related issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Validate system transactions (JSON/XML), review error logs, troubleshoot to determine root causes and carry out corrective actions.
• Act as liaison between key stakeholders (Customer, IT and Operations) to provide technical support and draft business requirement documentation for development change requests.
• Assess work requests for clarity, scope, and prioritize tasks based on impact and level of urgency.
• Partner with IT and Operations to support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and helping drive initiatives.
• Understand the Reverse Logistic flow and work with the team to continually improve the process.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
