Overview

HelloFresh Canada is looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage our inventory and warehouse processes and controls in our DC. Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, your focus is to ensure all direct and indirect materials inventory movements, quantities, and quality are tracked accurately at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time & accurate inventory records & visibility by ensuring SOPs & controls are executed in all warehouse activities and material flow
• Manage & direct warehouse associates for inventory tasks, including cycle counts, stock transfers, & material movements.
• Support warehouse supervisors on coverage when needed, ensuring smooth operation of inventory‑related functions during their absence.
